Yoga Vinyasa Flow Level 2 - Hamstrings and Core Activation
In this hour long flow class we work through movements that increase mobility in the spine and shoulders, as well as build strength and flexibility through the core and the hamstrings.
The focus of this practice is on cultivating presence and mindfulness as we move, teaching ourselves to hold space for discomfort and experiences that challenge our perceptions and push our boundaries.
Accessible to all levels, but best for students with some experience. If you are tighter in the hamstrings you may want to modify with two yoga blocks.
