LIVE class 1/28/21 - Crown Chakra Consciousness Flow

In this class we work through all of the different elements we have been working on for the past ten weeks, to unify and align each of the Chakras.

We access the Crown Chakra in our physical practice by working with the top of our head.

This class includes a breakdown of how to access your headstand inversion.
